Age Range: 2-12.  
Ground cover: pour-in-place recycled tire

 Features: zipline, rollerslide, climber with slides and unique features, saucer swing, large curved climber  
Surrounding park area: shaded seating area, basketball half court

 Accessibility: There is accessible flooring throughout the play area. There are steps up to part of the climber and rollerslide. The saucer swing can be used by people who are able to transfer.
Shade: There are lots of young trees and a shaded seating area set back from the playground.
Seating: stone benches and picnic tables

Overall assessment: This playground is located in Calgary’s far North and has been the most recommended playground in 2018. After having been there, it’s easy to see why. My kids all loved the playground.

My youngest found a lot of the equipment to be pretty challenging he still found lots of keep him occupied. My older kids weren’t bored for a minute. 

The playground has one of the few roller slides in the city and one of the only ziplines in the North. The area surrounding the playground was still being improved while we were there so watch for construction equipment.   You may also be interested in:
