This is a great space to take a break with the kids while you’re at the mall. It’s unmonitored and not gated so keep that in mind while you visit.

  1. hi..i really like the roar playground in south centre mall, it’s very comfy for childrens and i love also the story reading sessions.. my only comment is that just be strict enough for the other parents entering in the playground, because some parents really abidding the rule of no shoes or slippers inside and no food, but this past few days that i’m visiting the playgrou d there are parents who enter the playground with their shoes or slippers sometimes it’s also dirty and they ‘re eating inside and they allow also their kids to eat and sometimes there is a tendency that they’ll gonna spill it off, just like a while ago a little girl was earing ice cream and it was melting and dripping on the floor. When i first visited this place it was very neat and clean and the people that i saw was a good follwer with the rules.. It’s very unfair for those parents like me who always following the rule well infact the othwers are just breaking the rule and sometimes leaving the place untidy due to their shoe mark or spill of their foods.. thats all thank you. ilove visiting this place because my baby can socialize with other kids.

  2. Hi

Does this play area still exist, as of 4-Jan-2016? I didn’t see any play area like this at southcentre mall during my last visits. If it does exist, where?

    Thanks

    • Hi,

It sure does, but it is not very visible. It’s by the South mall entrance. You would then go down the escalators (or they were putting in an elevator last time i was there) and it is tucked in behind and to the one side of the escalators.

  3. Is this play area actually for 11 year olds? Seeing from the pictures, it seems like it’s more geared towards kids who are of a much younger age group.
