Our review:
The Raymond Aquatic centre is similar to the Lethbridge’s Henderson Outdoor Pool and Blackfald’s Abbey Centre Outdoor pool but a bit smaller. It’s a great pool for family swimming.
We stopped by on the way back from our road trip to Yellowstone. The weather wasn’t the best and the temperature was a bit cool that day but we had fun.
The pool was a great fit for our family (ages 2, 5 and 8) and the family washrooms were super handy. The slides are small for water slides which can make it a little less intimidating for younger kids.
The yellow slide is fun too because two kids can go down at the same time and race. The pool has pretty good visibility so if you have older kids who are able to go around by themselves you can still keep an eye on them.
I also love that the spray park area is inside the pool instead of on the pool deck. Because there are so many different features, you can play here for a long time before people start getting bored.
