Features: preschool climber with slide, 4 swings (2 baby), large school aged climber with tall slides, catwalks,bridges, balconies, steps, musical panel and rope web. dragonfly bouncer, tall spinner
Surrounding Park Area: The landscaping is a little lacking right now in this brand new park. There are some flat areas surrounding the park that are a little bit more scrub grass and dirt than lawn grass. There is a hill to the North of the playground. The trees near the playground are few and small.
Shade: Minimal in the areas surrounding the playground but the playground itself provides some shade.
Seating: a few benches and picnic tables
Accessibility: None.
Overall Assessment: This playground has an attractive forest theme and lots of equipment to keep the kids busy. The landscaping leaves a little to be desired but the park is very new and that will likely get better over time.
This playground will be best for older preschoolers and school-aged kids – the school-aged climber is awesome. There is a few things for the younger kids too like a small toddler climber and the baby swings.
