Shade: Some shade from the equipment itself. Some young trees to the East of the playground
Features: .Large interconnected play structure with ramps, twisty slide and double slide. Car bouncer and saucer swing.
Surrounding Park Area: Large grassy area, tennis courts to the south.
Accessibility: This playground has great accessibility. It would be perfect for someone using a wheelchair or just unsteady on their feet. The ramps systems and accessible flooring make it possible to be right amongst the play.
Seating: a few benches and a couple of newly installed picnic tables.
Overall assessment: This playground has a great ramp system perfect for young kids or anyone unsteady on their feet. Even parents and bigger kids will love the ease with which they can get around.
My 5 year old had a great time and loved using the train panel (which didn’t seem to be working) for imaginative play. It doesn’t have a lot to challenge older kids, but this would be a great playground for babies to 8 year olds.
I live across from this park my daughter and I love it!! Loved to see a park in my own backyard was featured!!
