Parking: There is a parking lot on the east and west side of the arena but they are not connected to each other. The arena entrance is between the two parking lots on the south side of the building.
Nearby Amenities: McDonald’s is a block away. Outdoor pool (seasonal). Mount Pleasant Community Centre.
Also at this location: playground and a grassy area right outside the rink with some picnic tables.
Concession: Vending machines only.
Seating: two sets of tiered wooden seats. The heaters work best on the very top row.
Heaters: Overhead heaters that can be turned on by the rink attendants.
Dressing rooms: smaller dressing rooms. Narrow hallways.
Good to know: This arena is considered to be pretty cold but isn’t bad as a spectator if the heat is on. The arena recently changed the lights so the rink is much brighter than it used to be.
Music: There is a headphone cord outside the rink attendant office. It is on the opposite side of the rink from the score clock. You will need an adapter to connect to phones without a headphone jack. Historically the music has been really quiet in most areas of the rink but recently this seems to have improved.
