Ridgewood Park
Location: 39 Ridgewood Blvd West (the closest place to park is at the intersection of 3 streets: Ridgewood Blvd, Ridgewood Cres, and Wildwood Rd W)
The Ridgewood Park playground is also situated in a giant park. This park borders the river, and there is a nice view very close to the playground.
But the best part of the Ridgewood playground is the theme: aliens!
The climber has two sections – one suitable for younger kids, and one that’s better for older kids. The smaller section is shaped like a rocket, and the tall climber has a UFO on top with an alien inside. There are also two swings, and a teeter totter with an alien in the middle.
The kids had a great time at this playground, and the surrounding park had tons of space to run around
and let off steam. The theme is really cool, and has great opportunities for imaginative play.
