Age Range: Proficient walker to 9.
Ground Cover: Pea gravel
Features: Play structure with two slides and drums; 4 swings (2 baby); 1 person spinner; preschool bus play structure; rock climbing walls.
Surrounding Park Area: This playground backs onto a couple school yards. It’s fenced towards the street but is open to the school yards.
Shade: Mature trees provide great shade.
Seating: A couple of benches.
Stroller/wheelchair access: None.
Overall Assessment: Overall, this playground has some nice features, but I wouldn’t expect it to hold kids’ attention for too long. Gordie really enjoyed the bus. Although the items in this playground are all nice individually, it lacks a little bit of flow and cohesiveness.
