Features: preschool climber with ramp and slide; school-aged climber with slide; climbing walls; monkey bar area; 2 tire swings.
Surrounding Park Area: next to the school. There are large fields and a small hill on the other side of the playground.
Shade: Very limited.
Accessibility: None.
Seating: 3 benches.
Overall assessment: It looks like some newer equipment has been added to the old playground here. The older pieces could use a little paint but is otherwise in good shape and retains a lot of play value. The large climbing wall in one of the most impressive ones I’ve seen. T
he newer monkey bar area could keep kids busy for a long time trying to keep their feet off the ground as they go around. Although this playground is generally geared towards school-aged kids the preschool climber makes this a place you could take a wide range of kids. Gordie enjoyed the older equipment the most, but it’s generally less advanced than the new stuff.
