Winsport Arena features 4 NHL sized rinks. Arena A used to be Olympic sized but was resized back to an NHL sized rink.

Parking: There is a small parking lot off of Canada Olympic Drive on the north side of the building with access to the player level of the arenas. This will often be full – additional parking can be found near Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame on the south side of the arenas. If you go in from this parking lot you will have to go down a floor to find the dressing rooms.
Nearby Amenities: Winsport, Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame.
Mcdonalds, Wendy’s, Starbucks and Denny’s across 16th Avenue

Concession: There are a couple of concession stands that may or may not be open.

Dressing rooms: Really nice dressing rooms. Bring your own lock – they don’t have a key.
There are elevators and vending machines located by Joan Snyder Arena (B).

Seating: Nearly 3000 seats around the arena and additional standing room. Seats are folding seats with fabric

Good to know: Ice and dressing rooms are on the Event Floor level. Seating and Garden Cafe is on the Main floor. Molson Canadian Hockey house is on the 2nd floor.
There is a good sized hallway area with tables located behind the seating for arenas C and D (visitcalgary.com arena).
The dressing rooms don’t have keys – bring your own lock.
There are elevators to get between the floors and two sets of stairs. The set by the skate shop is easy to miss – it is right inside the doors.
Drop-in Activities: Public skating, Stick and Puck (typically PD days and holidays)
