  1. I didn’t see Westside Recreation Centre on your list. They have a great wave pool, river, water slide, warm toddler pool and hot tub. And there is a lane swimming pool as well. We take our family there often and the kids love it!

    • You’re so right! I’ll add it. For some reason it didn’t pop up when I searched and I forgot all about it.

  2. U failed to mention Millican-Ogden outdoor pool. You can’t go wrong with this pool, enjoy the sun, the grassy area and the pool. Just doesn’t get any better on a sunny day 🙂

    • I actually don’t have any of the outdoor pools listed. Thanks for reminding me to write them up! I was waiting for Summer but (despite what the weather seems to be indicating) that has now arrived!

  3. There is a pool at sait we use a lot, it has a hot tub, and diving boards. The change rooms are really old, but clean. There is public access, but parking is in a paid lot.

  4. Are you sure that the Thornhill pool is as warm as quoted? I took my 16 mo old there for swimming lessons and we had to cancel our classes because she cried and trembled the whole time with blue lips 🙁 That being said she doesn’t have a lot of extra meat on her bones and most of the other babes and tots in the class were fine…

    • Hi Anya, the temperatures quoted are from the city of Calgary website. I just checked and the temperature hasn’t changed. Have you tried Vecova? It’s not super far away and is very warm.
