Haysboro’s natural playground has a really wide hill slide that kids love sliding down with friends and allows more more unique slide play.
4. Curious Park Playground – Sage Hill
Sage Hill – Symons Gate – 42 Sage Bluff Gate NW
The accessible flooring at this playground is so bright an colourful, you’ll find it hard not to smile. And if you like tall slides, you’ll love this one.
5. Currie Barracks Airport Playground
Curie Barracks – 2953 Battleford Ave SW
Not only is the slide at this playground great, the playground has a really cool airplane theme too!
6. Elgin Ship Playground
McKenzie Towne – Elgin Estates Park or Elgin Estates View SE
What is better than one tall slide? Two tall slides! Not only that, but this playground has a cool ship theme as well.
7. Elboya Park Playground
Elboya – 46 Ave & 4a St. SW
Elboya park is a favourite with Calgary families and has a tall double slide.
8. Prairie Winds North Playground
Westwinds/Castleridge – 233 Castleridge Blvd. NE.
Prairie Winds Park has a couple of fun hill slides, some really unique equipment and a double zipline!
9. Calgary Academy Playground
Aspen Hills – 1677 93 St SW
This playground is located at a private school – it has some really great slides.
10. Seton – Elsa’s Tower Playground
91 Seton Gardens SE
Elsa’s Tower Playground in Seton, features a tall twisty slide, a large double slide and a roller slide.
11. Carrington Slides Playground
Carrington – Carrington Blvd near Carrington Rd NW
If your kid is a fan of slides, they will love this new Carrington playground with lots of awesome slide options.
12. Livingston West Park Playground

Telus Spark Brainasium
This slide is arguably the best in the city, however, it requires admission to Telus Spark to access it.
Bugtopia Playground – Calgary Zoo
The slides at the Calgary Zoo’s Bugtopia Playground are pretty good (as long as your kids are not too big or too small) but the playground requires admission to access.
